Wayfair in Boston is seeking a Commercial Analyst with 0-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. This hybrid role requires four in-office days (Mon-Thu) with one remote day (Fri) and offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,500 per year.

You’ll analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making across Commercial functions using Excel, SQL, and data-visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship or co-op experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with large datasets to identify trends and develop reports.
• Strategic Execution: Contribute to initiatives across marketing, pricing, product curation, and competitive analysis.
• Supplier Partnership Optimization: Partner with suppliers to optimize product offerings and selection.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Use insights to refine the shopping experience across Wayfair platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle ambiguous challenges with analytical skills to deliver improvements.
• Technology Utilization: Use Excel, SQL, R, Python to build data-driven insights and improve processes.
