Job summary

LEMAN is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support our international push across the Americas and our global network. You'll combine data analysis, BI, and commercial coordination to uncover opportunities and convert them into measurable results.

You will analyze volumes, customer profiles, and market trends, coordinate with overseas agents and regional directors, and drive follow-through across a multinational organization. Strong Excel/GSheets and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales, business, logistics, or freight forwarding experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and transportation or freight forwarding systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, cultures, and time zones.
