Job summary

LEMAN is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support our international push across the Americas and our global network. You'll combine data analysis, BI, and commercial coordination to uncover opportunities and convert them into measurable results.

You will analyze volumes, customer profiles, and market trends, coordinate with overseas agents and regional directors, and drive follow-through across a multinational organization. Strong Excel/GSheets and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales, business, logistics, or freight forwarding experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and transportation or freight forwarding systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, cultures, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shipping volumes, customer profiles, trade lanes, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate commercial calls and pipeline reviews with overseas agents, regional sales directors, and domestic account managers.
• Track routing order commitments, follow up on actions, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
• Perform business analysis, trade lane evaluations, customer segmentation, churn analysis, and benchmarking.
• Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
