Learfield seeks a hands-on, business-minded AI builder to join as Commercial AI Solutions Manager in Dallas. You will work directly with sales, service, and business leaders to translate workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions and prototypes that improve productivity.

This role blends business impact with hands-on implementation across approved platforms, partnering with IT and data teams to ensure secure, scalable production of AI workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years solving business problems across business and tech teams.
Hands-on use of generative AI, agents, or workflow automation.
Prototyping and implementing practical AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Understand workflows with sales, service, and leaders; translate needs into AI solutions.
Build AI agents, copilots, automations, and prompt-based tools.
Create end-to-end workflows across CRM, email, and content tools.
Prototype, test, gather feedback, and scale successful solutions.
Collaborate with IT on data, security, and production paths.
Support adoption through training and playbooks.
