Learfield is seeking a hands-on, business-minded AI builder to turn real commercial needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. This individual contributor will work with sales, service, and business leaders to prototype, build, test, and refine workflows that improve productivity across teams.

The role emphasizes a builder's mindset over pure software engineering, with collaboration across IT, Data Engineering, and governance teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience solving business problems and improving workflows.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI, agents, copilots, workflow automation, or related tools.
• Ability to prototype, test, refine, and implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Evidence of continuous learning in AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sellers, service teams, and business leaders to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Personally build and configure AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows.
• Integrate data and tools across CRM, email, calendars, and content repositories to create end-to-end workflows.
• Rapidly prototype, test, gather feedback, and scale successful capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT on data, permissions, security, and production pathways.
• Help Commercial teams adopt AI through training, playbooks, and education.
