Job summary

Learfield is seeking a hands-on, business-minded AI builder who can turn real commercial needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. The Commercial AI Solutions Manager will work directly with sales, service, and business leaders to understand workflows, prototype, build, test, and refine AI-driven solutions that improve team effectiveness.

This role is broader than a traditional technical position and candidates may come from sales, operations, finance, consulting, or business systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years solving business problems, improving workflows, or working across business and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI, agents, copilots, workflow automation, or related tools to build practical solutions.
• Proven ability to prototype, test, refine, and implement a solution.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Evidence of continuous learning and active engagement with the evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sellers and business leaders to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Build and configure AI agents, copilots, workflows, and prompt-based tools.
• Integrate information across CRM, email, calendars, and content repositories to create end-to-end workflows.
• Prototype, test, gather feedback, and scale successful capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on data, permissions, and production paths.
• Help the organization become smarter using AI through training and playbooks.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and identify practical ideas to improve teams.
