Learfield seeks a hands-on, business-minded AI builder who will turn real commercial needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. You will prototype, build, test, and refine tools that boost sales and service productivity, working with IT and enterprise partners to align data, security, and governance.

You will collaborate across sales, service, and business leaders, bringing curiosity and a builder's mindset to rapidly prototype and scale what works.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving business problems or implementing solutions across business and tech teams.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI, agents, copilots, workflow automation, or related tools to build practical solutions.
• Proven ability to prototype, test, refine, and implement AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sellers, service teams, and business leaders to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Personally build and configure AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations.
• Create end-to-end workflows by integrating CRM, email/calendar, and other platforms.
