Job summary

Security Financial Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial/Agriculture Loan Processor I to support our commercial and agricultural lending teams. The role focuses on preparing, processing, booking, and funding loans while ensuring files are complete and well organized.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Banking Coordinators, Credit Analysts, and loan servicing to move transactions forward and protect collateral interests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years of commercial, agricultural, mortgage, or other loan processing experience preferred.
• Experience with Jack Henry, LaserPro, Sageworks, or similar systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate loan and collateral documentation reflecting approved terms.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Banking Coordinators to ensure documentation is complete.
• Obtain lien searches, appraisals, title commitments, and insurance evidence to protect collateral position.
• Maintain physical and electronic loan files and follow up through the tickler system.
• Assist in loan funding, wire instructions, payoffs, and booking to core systems.
• Coordinate closings with title companies and attorneys and ensure timely delivery of documents.
