Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in preparing commercial and agricultural loan documentation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Internet and PC proficiency; ability to learn, understand, and assimilate new technology knowledge.
• Ability to work autonomously and act as a reliable resource for team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepares loan documents and maintains business banking documents, files and accounts.
• Acts as lead for document management for the Business Banking Department Mason City Offices.
• Nurtures relationships with existing bank customers through face-to-face communication.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products to assist customers with accounts and services.
• Saturday morning rotation as needed.
