Job summary

WME Sports, part of WME Group, seeks an experienced Commercial Agent to grow our sports broadcasting and legends businesses in Beverly Hills. You will generate deal flow, develop partnerships with brands and agencies, and lead end-to-end commercial negotiations for a roster of broadcasters and sports personalities.

The role demands a proven sales background, strong industry relationships, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sports business, sports marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of generating new business and commercial revenue.
• Strong relationships across brands, agencies, media companies or talent buyers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for Sports Broadcasting and Legends clients.
• Generate new business and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify and secure brand partnerships, endorsements, appearances and licensing.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate with Legal and Finance through to execution.
• Maintain relationships with brands, agencies, networks and event organizers.
• Collaborate across Sports Broadcasting, Talent Representation, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
