WME seeks an experienced Commercial Agent to grow the commercial business across Sports Broadcasting and Legends divisions in Beverly Hills. This sales-focused role will generate partnerships, endorsements and other talent-led opportunities for a dedicated roster of broadcasters and sports personalities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a passion for sport and a broad understanding of the industry.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sports business or related fields.
• Proven track record of generating new business and revenue.
• Strong sales skills and ability to proactively approach brands.
• Experience with sports talent and media.
• Excellent communication and relationships.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for clients.
• Generate new business and pipeline for roster.
• Identify and secure brand partnerships, endorsements and appearances.
• Create pitches to brands, agencies, networks and other buyers.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with Legal and Finance to close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, buyers and networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sports broadcasting, talent, marketing, legal and finance.
