Paylocity is seeking an Analyst – Commercial Acquisitions to support the acquisitions team in underwriting, financial analysis, market research, financing, due diligence, and closing of commercial real estate opportunities.

The role focuses on evaluating office and industrial assets, with travel to on-site due diligence as needed and the delivery of timely, accurate investment reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or economics.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of real estate cash flow modeling using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with underwriting and evaluation of office and industrial opportunities.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis for acquisitions.
• Prepare presentation materials and investment memoranda.
• Support due diligence, financing, and closing processes.
