The Role

We are looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to support the full deal cycle, from sourcing and underwriting through due diligence and closing. You will work directly with senior acquisitions professionals and get early exposure to investment decision-making. The right candidate is sharp with numbers, curious about markets, and comfortable moving fast.

What You Will Do

Deal Underwriting and Financial Modeling

• Build and maintain acquisition pro formas across industrial property types, including single-tenant net lease, multi-tenant flex, and value-add repositioning opportunities.


• Run sensitivity analyses on key assumptions such as rent growth, vacancy, cap rate, and hold period to stress-test returns.


• Prepare investment summaries and committee memos that translate financial models into clear narratives for decision-makers.

Market Research and Deal Sourcing

• Track industrial market fundamentals across our four core markets: Chicago/Kenosha, Dallas, Indianapolis, and Ohio.
