Copaken Brooks, LLC is seeking an Acquisitions & Capital Markets Analyst to underwrite commercial real estate acquisitions, developments, and financing opportunities. You will support due diligence, transaction execution, lender relations, and investment reporting.

The role reports to the VP of Capital Markets and collaborates across Acquisitions, Development, Asset Management, Finance, and Leadership. Join a flat organization with direct access to principals and leadership as you contribute to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2–4+ years of experience in CRE financial analysis, acquisitions, development, investment banking, private equity, lending, brokerage, or related field.
Strong CRE financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with ARGUS preferred.
Experience with acquisition, development, financing, or transaction due diligence preferred.
Familiarity with MRI, AppFolio, ProCalc, or similar real estate software is a plus.

Responsabilités

Actively source acquisitions through external relationships and track/report deal flow to leadership.
Perform financial analysis and underwriting for acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and financing/refinancing opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, IRR, equity multiple, debt, sensitivity analyses).
Coordinate due diligence with internal/external teams (title, survey, appraisal, environmental, property condition, lease abstracts, estoppels, SNDAs, legal documents).
