Paylocity is seeking an Analyst – Commercial Acquisitions in Dallas to support the acquisitions team across underwriting, market research, financing, due diligence and closing of commercial real estate deals. The role emphasizes financial analysis and collaboration with investment partners.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a relevant field and 1–2 years of experience, with strong Excel and Argus skills. Occasional travel and a focus on timely reporting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of real estate cash flow modeling using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite office and industrial investments using Argus and Excel models.
• Review P&L statements, rent rolls, and tax statements.
• Research market data to support underwriting assumptions with confidence.
• Communicate with brokers, lenders, managers, and advisors.
• Occasional travel for on-site due diligence on potential investments.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective investments and prepare acquisition materials.
• Assist in writing investment memorandums and marketing collateral.
• Support due diligence and closing processes to meet timelines.
