Acrisure is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves processing daily service requests, assisting Commercial Account Managers with renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries, and ensuring policies are accurate and up to date.

The position emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver concierge service to internal and external clients in a dynamic Fintech/insurance ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Property/Casualty license required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Commercial Account Managers with service requests, endorsements, claim reporting and renewals.
• Process renewals by gathering carrier information, drafting renewal emails and preparing draft invoices.
• Perform policy checks of WC policies and issue certificates/EPIs as needed.
• Obtain quotes for limit increases and forms when needed for certificates.
• Enter and process workers' compensation submissions with carriers and maintain customer files.
