We are working with a well-established, privately held property & casualty and employee benefits brokerage seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join one of its commercial lines teams. This role supports a generalist middle-market book and offers the opportunity to grow the account list over time as new business is added.

Some key responsibilities with this role:

• Own day-to-day service and retention for an assigned commercial lines book, with a focus on commercial real estate exposures and a broader middle-market mix
• Lead client communication, with an emphasis on responsiveness — acknowledging inquiries quickly, setting clear timelines, and keeping clients and producers informed throughout
• Manage renewals and marketing, including reviewing renewal terms, identifying premium variances, and presenting competitive alternatives
• Handle policy servicing end to end — endorsements, audits, certificates, binders, and account reconciliation — across a mid-market commercial portfolio
• Partner closely with a hands-on producer and contribute to a team culture built around clear communication and follow-through

The ideal candidate is a senior commercial lines account manager or account executive with solid middle-market experience; prior exposure to commercial real estate accounts is a strong plus. A stable work history is of great importance. Candidates should be steady, well organized, and comfortable working closely with a producer who stays actively involved in the book.
