Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in the Madison, WI area to interface with customer programs and coordinate account activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage assigned accounts and ensure commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and costing/pricing.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with key customers and handling escalations.
• Working with Operations/Engineering/Quality/Logistics to resolve production and delivery issues.
• Developing and communicating recovery plans.
• Reviewing production/OEE/capacity information and translating it into customer updates.
• Coordinating engineering changes and communicating cost impacts.
• Supporting quotes/RFQs and understanding manufacturing costs.
• Helping coordinate multiple internal teams to make sure customer commitments are met.

• Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Madison, WI area who is seeking a Commercial Account Manager who will act as an interface for specific customer programs. They will be responsible for the coordination of account related activities, as well as participate as part of a cross-functional team to manage assigned accounts.
