Job summary

Turner Pest Control in Orlando is seeking a results-oriented sales representative to present estimates and close service agreements for residential and commercial customers. You will inspect sites and tailor pest control plans while following up on prior estimates.

Local travel is required. Strong communication and the ability to relay technical data to non-technical customers are essential for success and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is required.
• Ability to communicate technical service data clearly.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet driving standards.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Present targeted sales estimates and offers per Pricing Matrix.
• Complete service agreements, inspections, and follow up on estimates.
• Build and maintain customer contacts to meet sales goals.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.
• Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
• Build and maintain customer contacts, both new and existing to ensure sales goals are met.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Local travel required within local territory or state.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Previous sales experience required
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
• Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards

Required Skills

• Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service.
