Job Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts while leveraging your understanding of Procore’s products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, other Sales members, and Product Solution Specialists to maintain and expand our customer revenue base.

This position can be based remotely from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL offices. We are interested in candidates who want to learn more about sales opportunities at Procore or in the future if/when a position becomes available.

What you’ll do:
  1. Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic territory by maintaining and developing customer relationships, highlighting the value of Procore and its product suite, and deepening customer engagement.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, increase spend on existing products (upsell), and promote new products (cross-sell).
  3. Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and gather business requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate forecasts and provide sales reports as needed.
  5. Stay informed about key competitors to effectively communicate Procore’s value proposition.
  6. Manage leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com.
  7. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  8. Coordinate internal resources to address client issues and execute service agreements.
  9. Periodic travel for onsite client visits.
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven success in inside sales environments.
  • Ability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with post-sale revenue expansion is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to develop and manage pipelines and forecasts.
Additional Information

Base Pay Range: $43.00 - $60.00 hourly plus commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $148,000 - $203,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and location.
