Job summary

Flywheel, an Omnicom agency, seeks a Manager, Commerce to join our Client Services team in New York. You will lead day-to-day client engagements, drive eCommerce strategy across retailers and intermediaries, and own the delivery of service and growth for our clients.

This hands-on role requires strong commercial acumen, expertise in paid search, and collaboration across internal teams. Expect to mentor juniors and partner with cross-functional teams to exceed client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, or related fields.
• Experience in paid search and on Google, Bing, Amazon, Target, Walmart platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commerce strategy and execution across retail and media channels.
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies that drive sales, share, and profit.
• Lead regular client meetings, provide performance updates and actionable insights.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage and monitor key business metrics, campaign performance and budgets.
• Drive business growth by identifying and presenting new opportunities for clients.
• Stay current on industry developments and translate macro trends into recommendations.
• Contribute to internal best practices, training sessions, and new business initiatives.
• Occasional travel, as required.
