You will set the strategic agenda, translate insights into compelling narratives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across retail, online, social, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in omnichannel retail strategy, engagement marketing, or related area.
• Experience leading teams and coaching direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term strategy and growth levers for client portfolios.
• Translate insights into compelling narratives and actionable plans.
• Direct synthesis of complex problems into clear strategic frameworks.
• Lead market research using MRI Simmons, Mintel, Infegy, and YPulse.
• Manage client engagement and present strategic work to senior stakeholders.
