Job summary

Code3 is seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Commerce Strategy & Client Partnerships to drive commerce and digital marketing strategies for high-profile clients across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart and more. The role sits at the center of our Connections, Creative, and Commerce model to grow clients through retail strategy, media, content, and creative innovation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, marketplace strategy, account management, or related digital marketing role.
• Experience across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart or similar ecosystems; hands-on campaign management is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, catalog management, and promotional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership across multiple marketplaces and retail networks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver reports, plans, and recommendations.
• Translate marketplace and media performance into clear client insights and strategic recommendations.
