Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in Operations or Technology within credit card processing

Responsibilities

Lead integration testing with clients to define scope, test plans, and production transitions
Manage demand via queue and time management
Collaborate with Business Development, Product Solution Specialists, and Relationship Management to deliver client solutions
Lead recurring team meetings and training to stay ahead of industry trends
Identify service gaps to improve testing experience and outcomes
Oversee procedures, reporting, and process improvements
Provide clear updates and technical guidance to mid/senior management
Foster collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the team
Drive changes in service and process
Own project outcomes and manage escalations
Build strong client and internal partner relationships for seamless integrations
