Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II to guide complex technical integrations for the Commerce Platform Integrations team. You will work with clients and internal partners to deliver timely solutions and build strong relationships, supporting growth in payments technology.

This role emphasizes securing integrations, driving innovation, and leading cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in Operations or Technology within the credit card processing industry.
• Expertise in modern authentication protocols, including OAuth2.0 and mTLS.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and APIs for proprietary platforms.
• Experience with REST-based APIs and Open API Specifications.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM and data tools such as Tableau, Splunk, Datadog, and AWS.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong de-escalation skills.
• Confident communicator able to provide clear updates to mid and senior management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration testing with clients to define scope and test plans.
• Manage incoming demand via queue and time management.
• Collaborate with BD, Solution Specialists, and Relationship Management for client solutions.
• Lead recurring meetings and training to stay ahead of trends.
• Identify service gaps to improve testing and deliverables.
• Oversee department procedures and address gaps to boost efficiency.
• Provide clear updates and technical guidance to leadership.
• Foster collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
• Promote change by driving service and process improvements.
• Own project outcomes and manage escalations proactively.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners for seamless integrations.
