Job summary

You will guide clients through technical onboarding, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of innovative payment solutions.

In this role you’ll build strong client relationships, manage production transitions, and drive continuous improvements in testing and deployment, all within a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in Operations or Technology within credit card processing.
• Expertise in modern authentication protocols (OAuth2.0, mTLS) and interpreting APIs.
• Experience with REST-based APIs and OpenAPI Specifications.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM and data tools (Tableau, Splunk, Datadog, AWS).
• Detail-oriented with strong de-escalation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration testing with clients to define scope, test plans, and production transitions.
• Manage incoming demand through effective queue and time management.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product Solution Specialists, and Relationship Management to deliver client solutions.
• Lead recurring team meetings and training to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Identify and address service gaps to improve testing experience and deliverables.
• Oversee procedures, reporting, and process improvements for efficiency.
• Provide clear updates and technical guidance to mid/senior management.
• Foster collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
• Promote change by driving service and process improvements.
• Own project outcomes and proactively manage escalations.
• Build strong client and internal partner relationships for seamless integrations.
