Job summary

Block is hiring for a hybrid Account Executive/Account Manager to build and scale the Cash App Media Network in the U.S. You will prospect, close new commerce advertising partnerships, and grow existing relationships while partnering with Growth Marketing and Partner Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in programmatic advertising spanning sales and/or account management.
• Proven track record closing new business and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of a book of business from prospecting to post-sale growth.
• Translate advertiser objectives into programmatic campaigns using our formats and targeting.
• Serve as primary client contact and evangelize commerce media internally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to surface client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Identify and pitch new growth opportunities and ensure ROI optimization.
