Job summary

Campbell's Commerce Marketing Analyst role driving growth through data-driven insights and campaign optimization across retailers and platforms. You will deliver actionable insights, monitor KPIs, and ensure flawless execution of programs to maximize shopper impact and eCommerce growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing Operations, Finance, and cross-functional partners to manage budgets, build dashboards, and translate data into compelling business recommendations for strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years in eCommerce, digital commerce, analytics, shopper marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Experience transforming complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and dashboards/reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong curiosity about shopper behavior and the evolving eCommerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and program KPIs to maximize Commerce Marketing performance.
  • Maintain scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance across brands, categories, and retail partners.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting commerce marketing results and the shopper journey.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover root causes of underperformance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Finance to manage Commerce Marketing budgets, including monthly transfers, adjustments, and actualization.
  • Serve as a liaison between agency partners and internal teams to support the creative development and execution process.
  • Assist in developing wrap reports, business reviews, and internal presentations that communicate key learnings and recommendations.
  • Partner with agency teams to develop and manage Commerce Marketing timelines and project deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze, and report retailer performance data to help inform strategic planning in collaboration with Insights, Brand, and Category teams.
  • Support the Commerce Marketing team with ongoing reporting, analysis, and executional excellence initiatives.
