Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a Director of Accounts to lead strategy and relationships for our TikTok Shop portfolio. You will own client relationships, guide cross‑functional execution, and drive GMV growth across a fast‑moving agency environment.

Lead a team of account leads, mentor staff, and ensure measurable outcomes for brand partners. This remote‑first role emphasizes strategic thinking, creator knowledge, and platform expertise to deliver performance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, client strategy, or brand partnerships.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing TikTok Shop brands.
• Strong leadership experience and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships as the strategic lead for TikTok Shop clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand client scope.
• Oversee campaign rollouts with Strategists, Creator Managers, and Media teams.
• Monitor GMV, KPIs, and affiliate performance; translate insights into actions.
