Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a senior Commerce Creative Lead to shape strategic creative direction for Amazon, Walmart, and other major platforms. You will drive high‑stakes design work, translate performance data into creative decisions, and push boundaries to achieve innovative results.

You will articulate design rationale across shopper, platform, brand, and business perspectives, mentor teams, and lead new‑business pitches to define Tinuiti’s commerce practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience with significant experience designing for Amazon and at least one other major commerce platform.
• Recognized expert in the commerce‑creative ecosystem—A+ / Premium A+, Stores, DPIs, video, Sponsored Brands—with deep understanding of performance data.
• Track record of reframing platform possibilities beyond spec compliance.
• Ability to lead senior client conversations and pitch rooms, presenting and defending creative thinking at an executive level.
• Fluency in commerce performance data, using it to sharpen creative rather than play it safe.
• Comfortable operating across creative, retail operations, performance, and sales, translating between them.
• Experience in an agency or with large retail/commerce brands.
• Portfolio that demonstrates all of the above skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic creative direction for major commerce platforms, defining the point of view rather than just execution.
• Lead high‑stakes commerce design work across top accounts, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, DPIs, video, and Commerce Media creative.
• Translate marketplace performance data into sharper creative decisions and defend or refine concepts accordingly.
• Design with awareness of SEO and discoverability, aligning with keyword strategy and new surfaces like Amazon Rufus and AI assistants.
• Present at executive levels with confidence, building narratives and closing commerce work for clients.
