The role emphasizes strong systems engineering fundamentals, DOORS and MBSE artifacts, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional groups for on-time delivery under DoD constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with extensive systems engineering experience.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• 5+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering.
• Experience with DOORS and MBSE.
• Experience on large aerospace/defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering processes and analyses to prove design integration.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet program milestones.
• Coordinate SEIT/SSI/WSEI activities to ensure requirement traceability.
• Contribute to requirements analyses and verification across lifecycle phases.
