DK Security, Inc. is hiring for a Command Center Operator in Michigan. This role offers 30+ hours per week with a 2nd shift on Thursday to Sunday, starting around 1600.

The position handles a multi-line switchboard, background checks, payroll processing, and critical customer support for clients and employees in the field. Qualified candidates will provide excellent service, follow procedures for emergency and non-emergency dispatch, and maintain accurate records using specialized software.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Must have high school diploma or GED as well as some college experience.
• Impeccable grooming and professional image required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and co-workers.
• Process background screening and payroll companywide.
• Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency response.
• Operate computer-aided software for documentation and tip line processing.
• Prepare reports and maintain incident records.
• Assist in scheduling/payroll processing and shift coverage.
