DK Security is seeking qualified professionals to join our Security Dispatch team in Michigan. Operators work in the Security Dispatch Center supporting LBWL operations, coordinating emergency responses and monitoring life safety systems.
Requirements include a clean record, ability to work 8–12 hours, CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain, and strong computer/communication skills. Evening and night shifts are common, with weekends and multiple shifts available.

About the Job
DK Security is seeking qualified professionals to join our team. While employees are hired and employed by DK Security, they are assigned to Security Dispatching, the Security Operations Center supporting LBWL operations. Operators work alongside State of Michigan personnel and under the day-to-day operational direction of Security Dispatch leadership to provide exceptional service. Security Dispatchers provides security and life safety systems monitoring and emergency response coordination for LBWL and State of Michigan managed properties. Security Dispatchers also serves as a central point of contact for agency security information and requests. Security Dispatch team members monitor security and life safety systems and initiate response, monitor security cameras, provide emergency response coordination and communication, act as a central point of contact for agency security inquiries and requests, assist building operations with after-hours support, and are responsible for security equipment cleaning, inventory and testing.
Military veterans and people with security, firefighting, department of corrections, or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply.
