Base pay range

$30,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Allen Service provides home services, such as electrical and plumbing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services. Our expert team has served Fort Collins residents for over six decades and is expanding those services to the Denver Metropolitan area. We take pride in bein a first class customer service company with an A+ rating with the BBB, so our technicians must have a neat and clean-cut appearance, great communication skills and really enjoy working with and getting to know our customers. We are looking to add an experienced Comfort Advisor - Commercial Sales to our team!

Qualifications:

  • HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
  • Proven sales history (minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred)
  • Excellent communicator with internal and external customers
  • Ability to quickly create rapport with customers and thrive in a fast pace environment.
  • High energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn new things
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check


Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
  • Sell HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Conduct sales visits offering residential and commercial services, emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customer needs.
  • Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems or project needs.
  • Communicate effectively between co-workers, vendors, and clients.
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
