Job summary

Ridge Energy Savers in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Comfort Advisor who helps homeowners choose the best HVAC solutions. This role includes in-home consultations, educating clients on upgrades and energy efficiency, and presenting transparent pricing with financing options.

You\'ll build lasting relationships, coordinate with the installation team for a smooth customer experience, and benefit from a compensation plan with base plus uncapped commission and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications
