Job summary

Woods Comfort Systems, a family-owned HVAC company in San Marcos, TX, is seeking a Comfort Advisor. You will advise homeowners, present replacement options, and work with clients to optimize comfort systems. Earn through commission with uncapped pay potential and full benefits.

The team values growth through training and strong customer relationships. Requirements include 1–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Type II preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC experience preferred.
• HVAC Service or Sales: 1 year (Required).
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• EPA Type II (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment
• Present options to homeowners for replacements and system upgrades as appropriate
• Communicate directly with customers and potential customers and build good relationships
• Communicate leads with office personnel to schedule installs and repairs
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
