Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home HVAC consultations, identify homeowner needs, and close deals. You will build accurate estimates and guide customers through replacements and upgrades, ensuring they feel understood and valued.

What you'll do

• Run in home HVAC sales appointments with qualified leads
• Talk with homeowners, figure out their needs, and recommend real solutions
• Build estimates for system replacements and upgrades
• Close deals and follow through so customers stay taken care of
• Work closely with install and service teams to keep jobs smooth
• Stay organized and track everything in our CRM

What you need

• Proven sales experience you know how to close
• HVAC knowledge is a big plus but not a deal breaker
• Strong communication skills and confidence in front of customers
• Self driven mindset no one is chasing you to perform
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed
• Valid driver's license
