Job summary

Green Heat VT in Jericho, Vermont is hiring a full-time Comfort Advisor to lead in-home sales consultations with homeowners upgrading or replacing heating and cooling systems.

You will assess existing systems, design solutions, present proposals, and guide customers through financing, incentives, and rebates. This is a year-round role with ongoing product training and manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services.
• Working knowledge of Mitsubishi heat pump systems (ductless, ducted, multi-zone).
• Ability to complete and explain Manual J or equivalent load calculations.
• Valid Vermont driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiar with CRM software and digital proposal tools.

Green Heat VT, a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond Dealer in Jericho, Vermont, is hiring a full-time Comfort Advisor to lead in-home sales consultations with homeowners upgrading or replacing their heating and cooling systems. You will assess existing systems, design solutions, present proposals, and guide customers through financing, incentives, and rebates across Chittenden County. This is a year-round position with no seasonal layoffs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
