Responsibilities

• Design comfort systems for customers.
• Conduct complete comfort surveys and home analysis.
• Perform load calculations.
• Inspect ductwork.
• Carry out comfort and air quality surveys.
• Handle paperwork for financing, rebates, tax credits, and payment collection.
• Perform necessary HVAC and invoicing calculations.
• Document existing work with photographs.
• Create accurate equipment and material lists.
• Deliver and pick up temporary heating or cooling equipment if required.
• Communicate guarantees and warranties clearly to customers.

Western Heating, Air, & Plumbing is looking for a Comfort Advisor to design a system (heating, cooling, IAQ) to meet the desired comfort of clients and to provide friendly, professional service. The position is a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and company success. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
