Job summary

The Zachry Group is hiring a Combo Welder to weld and fabricate for industrial piping, structural, electrical and mechanical systems in our California facilities. You will assist pipe fitters, electricians, millwrights, and ironworks, selecting equipment, planning layouts, and applying welding methods.

You should have 4+ years of industrial welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and pass a weld test.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and drawings to plan welding work.
• Assemble and fit metal components in various positions.
• Weld using multiple processes including arc and gas methods.
• Identify equipment and safety risks on the job.
• Assist with other activities as needed.

Responsibilities
