Job summary

AZEK Company/TimberTech Wilmington division seeks a Combi Forklift Driver / Operator to ensure production lines have the materials needed to meet daily goals. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires timely material handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate a combi forklift, load and unload materials, and assist in plant logistics. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cross-functional coordination on a 2/2/3 schedule with a qualifying shift bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• TRAK program knowledge or certification preferred.
• Able to lift 10–100 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Must be self-directed and able to multitask in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accident-free operations and comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper safe operation.
• Ensure raw materials and supplies are ready for daily production.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and moving materials with a forklift.
• Support extrusion operators and production assistants with timely material delivery.
• Wrap, band, and transport finished material to designated areas.
• Document counts, weights, and unit movement as needed.
