Job summary

The AZEK Company in Wilmington, OH is hiring for a Combi Forklift Driver to support the Wood Night Crew on a 2/2/3 schedule. This on-site role offers $21.50 per hour with a 10% shift premium and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. You will move materials to production, operate a combi forklift, and help maintain safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have forklift certification, manufacturing experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Safety-minded teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years operating a Combi forklift and 1+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Must meet TRAK program requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift 10–100 lbs and stand for full shifts.
• Flexible schedule and adaptability to a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accident-free operations and comply with safety and quality standards.
• Inspect forklifts daily for safe operation.
• Prepare raw materials and other materials for daily production.
• Ensure materials reach extrusion operators and production assistants promptly.
• Monitor silo readings to ensure adequate material supply.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain grinders and support equipment as needed.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets and move with forklift.
• Load regrind and transport to designated areas.
• Wrap and transport finished material to designated areas.
• Count, weigh, and record materials moved.
• Communicate daily issues to team leads and operators.
• Fill propane tanks for forklifts as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
