Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• 2+ years of experience conducting combat systems engineering and/or analysis of missile defense system test data.
• Strong programming skills in MATLAB and/or Python.
• U.S. citizenship with eligibility for Interim Secret and Final Secret security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Validate system performance for current and future Integrated Air and Missile Defense Systems through analysis of ground test, flight test, and operational data.
• Develop novel techniques to improve analysis processes and anomaly identification.
• Collaborate with sponsors and prime contractors to conduct root cause analysis of performance deficiencies and develop corrective actions.
• Develop domain knowledge of Aegis C2 algorithms and IAMD concepts.
