Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio. You will administer claims, coordinate with insurers, and support branch locations while maintaining accurate claim records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of workers’ compensation experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of workers’ compensation experience.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Administration of claims by coordinating with insurers, injured workers, medical facilities, and branches.
• Serve as the point of contact for branches regarding workers’ compensation claims.
• Maintain workers’ compensation databases and claim files.
• Assist with OSHA recordkeeping and accident investigations.
• Participate in claim review meetings with broker and carrier.
• Occasional overnight travel for meetings.
