Capital Property Solutions, a Columbus, OH-based HOA and property management firm, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Accounting team. The role focuses on accurate financial records, GAAP adherence, and supporting month-end close.

You will perform reconciliations, post journal entries, and assist with audits, with a hybrid work arrangement after a training period. Strong Excel and GAAP knowledge are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Vantaca or equivalent; Excel intermediate; GAAP knowledge.
• CPA track a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis).
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance for assigned properties.
• Post journal entries; maintain accrual and prepaid schedules.
• Support annual audit preparation and respond to external auditor requests.
• Analyze property-level financial performance and flag anomalies to management.
