Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance/Accounting team in Columbus, OH. You will analyze accounts payable transactions, ensure adherence to internal controls, and support general ledger and job cost activities for the Property Management functions.

You will maintain AP ledgers, resolve billing discrepancies, code invoices, and process payments while communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to keep operations efficient and accurate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and reconciles accounts payable ledger.
• Analyzes discrepancies in billings and payments.
• Assists with coding and entering invoices into accounting system.
• Prints cash requirements reports weekly for business units.
• Supports monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Responds to vendor inquiries and processes payments.
