Job summary

Scioto Services in Columbus, OH is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning of one or more buildings and provide on-site training to cleaning associates. Under the direction of the account or area manager, you will perform walk-throughs, assign tasks, ensure safety practices, and report maintenance issues while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

This role requires punctuality, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong communication with staff and the account

• Empty Trash
• High and low dusting
• Clean and service restrooms, breakrooms, and conference and kitchen areas
• Report maintenance issues of the facility and/or equipment to the Account Manager
• Train assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment
• Provide work directions to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the manager
• Perform routine inspections of work performed by cleaning personnel
• Serve as backup for absent personnel
