Job summary

Scioto Services is a facility services provider known for operational excellence and thorough cleaning across the Eastern United States. Under the direction of the account or area manager, the supervisor is responsible for the daily cleaning of one or more buildings, including direct supervision and training of cleaning associates.

The role requires supervising cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restroom servicing, and ensuring safety practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to supervise and train cleaning staff.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
• Empty Trash
• High and low dusting
• Clean and service restrooms, breakrooms, and conference and kitchen areas
• Report maintenance issues of the facility and/or equipment to the Account Manager
• Train assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment
• Provide work directions to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the manager
• Perform routine inspections of work performed by cleaning personnel
• Serve as backup for absent personnel

Physical Requirements
