Job summary

ADM is seeking a Maintenance professional in Columbus, OH to minimize production downtime by maintaining mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the plant. You will support safety, food safety, and quality programs, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot a range of equipment from drive systems to PLCs.

The role emphasizes hands-on repairs, parts replacement, and collaboration with operations to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic plant equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plant machinery and packaging/processing lines.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental practices as part of maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems of all plant equipment including drive systems and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on plant/packaging equipment including circuits, switches, motors, and drives.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic problems such as PLCs and circuit boards; install components and program where applicable.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and part replacements.
