Pay: $20.50+/hour, based on experience
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Put your troubleshooting and mechanical skills to work in a hands‑on maintenance role with an automotive manufacturing operation in Columbus. We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians for all three shifts, with pay starting at $20.50/hour and increasing based on experience.

Shifts & Pay

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay: $20.50+/hour DOE

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep production equipment operating safely, reliably and efficiently.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform root-cause troubleshooting
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams and schematics
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance requests
• Complete and properly close maintenance work orders
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation
• Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, parts and resources
• Work closely with production and other departments to minimize downtime
• Follow LOTO procedures and all company safety, quality and environmental requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Industrial maintenance or related hands‑on experience
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A team‑oriented, service‑focused approach when supporting production
• A technical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance or a related field is preferred. Previous automotive or manufacturing experience is also preferred.
